Please refer back to our contract agreement that you were notified that my property was in a hill country residence, and you were compensated for this delivery by a smaller truck. They would not pick up or delivery any furniture until the drivers were paid in full cash only!! They would not take a check, cashierโ€™s check, credit card, actโ€ฆ This makes you wonder how much revenue this company is actually turning into the IRS. All things considered, this has been the worst move of my life due to the lack of communications, poor customer service, inept sub-contractors, and poor decisions from your team. From my side, you as a company have failed to live up to our agreement and reimbursement of $2,225.48 is expected.

After doing a deep dive on this company, it appears they have numerous lawsuits and pending problems and this was the most I was able to get. They also offered me an additional $100 to not post this information to the general public, but thought it was more important that the next potential customer be warnedโ€ฆ.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $1700.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

We havent seen our furniture since october 2016 . Come forward people.
